Providers & Payment Policy for Service

1. Payment Disbursement to Professionals

• Payments are released within 5–7 business days after successful service completion.
• All payouts are subject to confirmation of service, no disputes, and compliance with QuickGo’s terms.
• Payments are credited after deduction of applicable commissions and taxes.

2. Commission and Platform Fees

• QuickGo charges a platform commission on each transaction, deducted before disbursal.
• The commission rate is disclosed during onboarding and is subject to change with prior notice.

3. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Cancellation >24 hours before service: No payout to the professional.
• Cancellation <24 hours before service: 50% of the fee paid to the professional.
• Customer no-show (verified): 100% of the service fee paid to the professional.

4. Refunds and Disputes

• If a customer is refunded due to service issues, the professional’s payout may be withheld fully or partially.
• Professionals may contact QuickGo to dispute decisions.
• All eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Prohibited Payment Practices

• Direct transactions with customers are strictly prohibited.
• All payments must be processed via the QuickGo platform.

6. Taxes and Compliance

• Professionals are responsible for their own tax filings and GST compliance as per Indian law.

7. Policy Updates

• This policy may be amended. Continued use implies acceptance of the revised terms.
